To Use: Squeeze the air out of the body of the aspirator to create a vacuum and gently insert the rubber tip into one nostril, the slowly release the body of the aspirator to suck out mucus.

To Clean: Simple squeez the aspirator a number of times into a tissue to release the mucus.
